You can withdraw from your contract directly using the form below. Immediately upon receipt, we will send you a confirmation email containing the content of your withdrawal declaration together with the date and time of receipt. Please keep this confirmation as evidence.
If your withdrawal concerns a contract with one of our partners (e.g. an insurance policy or a mobile contract arranged through us), we will forward your declaration to the respective contractual partner without undue delay and confirm this to you by email as well.
