Before you send a single application, we work out where your profile is in demand. In a 60-minute kick-off, your career consultant goes through your experience, your goals and your permit. Then we run a market check for each target role: how much demand there is, the usual salary band, whether it reaches the Blue Card threshold, and whether the role needs recognition first. The result is your personal job search strategy with 30 to 50 target employers.

German employers read applications differently: they expect a clear, complete CV, a cover letter written for the specific role, and a profile they can find online. We build your CV in German and English, a cover letter template and three tailored cover letters for real openings. We complete your LinkedIn profile and set up profiles on the job portals that matter in your field.

You send the applications; we make sure each one counts. Before you apply, we check every job ad for fit and for residence requirements, so you don't invest weeks in a job that wouldn't let you stay. In eight 30-minute check-ins we review your progress and sharpen your approach, and we go through up to ten applications in detail. Three mock interviews, in German, in English and as a technical or HR round, prepare you for the real thing.
